Introducing new and existing customers to a whole new solution set, I wrote this article and produced the video series featured within it. Combined, they effectively communicated ease of use, increased confidence by reinforcing product positioning, and encouraged core customers to migrate to a shiny new interface.

To significantly reduce the time and effort spent capturing site experiences through video and static screenshots (in 8 languages to boot), I moved our image and video content into a Simplified User Interface (SUI) format. It made the content more evergreen and reduced the number of screenshots required for large-scale global product updates by 87%.
