Collaborating with our vendors on the new Help Center design was just the beginning. I committed to a content overhaul and used this on-demand, self-service platform to house thousands of pieces of content – including task aids, best practices articles, step-by-step videos, and interactive training courses. This, in turn, reduced outreach to service, expedited the onboarding process, and increased product adoption and success rates.
Initially, I was solely responsible for NA Help Center content that was leveraged for all other countries, but I eventually took on the global management of all 20 Help Center sites – including the localization and translation for 8 languages.
